Don Ross is a groundbreaking fingerstyle guitarist known for his dynamic and percussive playing, blending groove-based rhythms with intricate melodies. With 21 albums, including his latest release WATER, Ross has garnered international acclaim, collaborating with renowned artists like Bruce Cockburn and Michael Manring. He’s the only guitarist to win the US National Fingerstyle Guitar Championship twice, and his 1999 album Passion Session is considered a modern guitar classic. Beyond solo performances, Ross has toured worldwide, headlined prestigious festivals, and expanded into orchestral and electronic music scoring for films and games. He currently resides in Charlottetown, Canada.


Jule Malischke is a versatile guitarist, singer-songwriter, and lecturer at the Carl Maria von Weber University of Music in Dresden. As the artistic director of the Giengen Guitar Festival, she brings her passion for creating meaningful musical experiences to the stage, where her performances offer listeners moments of reflection and connection. Combining her soulful vocals with masterful guitar playing, Jule’s music opens pathways for introspection and emotional depth. She seeks to offer a reprieve from the busyness of life, evoking memories and life stories through her art. Jule continues to inspire both in the concert hall and the classroom.
